What locations do you operate from?
UltiMate Executive Transfers primarily operates in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast (including providing private transfers to Noosa and further afield) and Brisbane. We do offer services across Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth via our Affiliate Companies.
How far in advance should I book?
As availability changes daily, we suggest that you make your booking as soon as your travel dates and times are confirmed. This can be done up to 12 months in advance and is recommended for special occasions or events.
Can we make additional stops or pickups?
Additional stops or pickups may increase the distance travelled and may also incur a waiting time charge. All pick-up and drop-off points must be advised at the time of booking, including any stops on route. Consideration should be given for key collection and returns. Any impromptu stops during transfer will be at the discretion of your private chauffeur and will incur a charge of $25 per 15 minutes.
Does UltiMate Executive Transfers provide child restraints?
Yes. We provide rear-facing baby seats, child seats and boosters for a small fee. They can be selected on the website reservation form when making your reservation.
Will I be charged for waiting time if my flight is delayed?
No. We monitor your flight to ensure that your driver will be there when your flight arrives.
Will I be charged waiting time if I am late for my pick-up point?
We understand that things don’t always go to plan, and we offer above-industry standard complimentary waiting periods of:
- 15 minutes for non-airport pick-ups, including homes, hotels and businesses.
- 30 minutes for domestic airport pick-ups.
- 45 minutes for international airport pick-ups.
Following the complimentary waiting period, waiting time is charged as per our Terms.
Does UltiMate Executive Transfers charge Cancellation Fees?
We only charge cancellation fees when bookings are cancelled within the notice period (including passenger no-shows) because it means that the vehicle has been dedicated to you and can no longer be assigned to another of our passengers. The notice periods differ depending on location, vehicle and event type. View our cancellation policy here.
Where do I meet my driver at the Airport?
Every Airport has different pick-up conditions, your pick-up instructions will be emailed to you with booking confirmation plus the driver will send you a message as your flight lands. Please ensure you turn your phone on once you have landed.
Do you offer shared rides or shuttle bus services?
No. We only provide limousine and premium chauffeur services.
How is UltiMate Executive Transfers different from a Taxi or Rideshare Service?
UltiMate Executive Transfers provides a luxury service with experienced drivers and well-appointed vehicles. You don’t need to worry about surge pricing as we lock your rate at the time of booking.
Whether you need private transfers to Noosa, or other areas on the Sunshine Coast, or to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney or other cities, we will get you there on-time in complete comfort and luxury.
Does UltiMate Executive Transfers charge extra for Public Holidays and after hours?
Depending on the public holiday and your location, surcharges may apply for Public Holidays. We do have a surcharge for all pick-ups between 9 pm – 5 am.
What should I do if I think I left an item in your vehicle?
Can I pay on the day/in the car?
Unfortunately due to regulations we cannot accept payment in the vehicles and all reservations must be fully prepaid with Credit Card (except corporate accounts).
